We have added a new built-in integration to the Marketplace: Dealertrack. This integration allows you to receive loan applications, send decisions back to Dealertrack, exchange comments, and more. Additionally, we moved the "Rejection Options" section to the Automation Builder and Workflow Statuses.

Dealertrack Integration

A new built-in integration is now available in the Marketplace: Dealertrack. Dealertrack is a widely used platform in the automotive financing industry. It connects dealerships with lenders, enabling them to submit, review, and process loan applications efficiently.

By integrating with Dealertrack, lenders gain access to a trusted source of applications, ensuring seamless data flow between dealers and their lending systems. The integration includes key functionalities such as:

  • The ability to connect the integration for both test and production environments. DigiFi allows you to provide separate credentials for the test and production environments, making sure that incoming applications are routed to the appropriate environment. These credentials should be obtained from Dealertrack together with the Lender Code.
  • Field mapping configuration to receive and send application data. The integration configuration includes built-in mapping, which must be completed in order to successfully receive applications and send decisions to Dealertrack.
  • A new Dealertrack section for sending decisions and exchanging comments (available only when the integration is connected to either the UAT or Production environment). A dedicated application section where you can manually send decisions to Dealertrack, track sent decisions, and exchange comments.
  • A new automatic action to send decisions to Dealertrack (available only when the integration is connected to either the UAT or Production environment). If you want to automate the decision-making process, you can use the new action in your workflow.
  • The ability to receive notifications for comments from Dealertrack. Enable notifications for notes in your account to receive updates on comments from Dealertrack for applications you’ve been assigned to.

Providing Endpoints to Dealertrack

To receive applications and comments from Dealertrack, you must share the appropriate DigiFi API endpoints with Dealertrack. These endpoints should be requested from DigiFi and shared with Dealertrack during the setup process.

Rejection Options Moved to Automation Builder and Workflow Statuses

The previous "Rejection Options" feature has been transitioned into the Automation Builder and Workflow Statuses, specifically the Rejected status. You can now recreate the same logic using Time Delays for a more streamlined automation setup, and manage decline reasons directly within the configuration of the Rejected status.

If you had an automated rejection enabled, it has been migrated to the Automation Builder as an automation with a Time Delay and a "Change Application Status to Rejected" action.

All decline reasons have been moved to Final Statuses > Rejected status. To add more decline reasons, click "Edit Decline Reasons" to update the list.
