This release introduces a major addition to application tasks: DigiFi's AI Agent. Streamline task review and completion with the built-in AI Agent, and simplify data analysis and extraction using its capabilities.
We’ve added the ability to link application documents to tasks and introduced support for a new document file format, HEIC. Additionally, we’ve added ComplyAdvantage and Finastra LaserPro integrations to the Marketplace to further enhance application management, compliance, and document handling.
We’ve released major improvements to document management in the DigiFi platform, including a new tiles view with previews, expanded filtering options, enhanced automation capabilities, and improved label presentation. In addition, we’ve introduced new IDology integration templates in Marketplace to support automated identity verification.
We have added support for a new file type in Documents — MP3 files. Users can now upload MP3 files and listen to them using the built-in player. Additionally, we have improved the Phone Number variable to support multiple formats simultaneously, which can be helpful when working with borrowers from different countries. Lastly, we have added new LoanPro integration templates in Marketplaces ready to use.
We’ve released major improvements to task automations in the Automation Builder, including a new trigger and several new actions such as “Change Task Status,” “Assign Task,” and more. Additionally, we’ve improved the “Assign Application Label” action to offer more options for both assigning and unassigning labels. Lastly, we've grouped the actions in automations into four sections to improve organization as the number of actions continues to grow.
We’ve added new permissions for API keys, allowing you to restrict access to specific types of data. Additionally, we’ve introduced new settings to the portal setup, including the ability to configure how application statuses are displayed and whether your portal appears in search engine results. Lastly, we’ve added support for Base64 decoding and encoding functions in the data integrations parser, allowing you to handle Base64-encoded strings in responses.
We’ve added a new API method — Get Labels, which allows you to retrieve product labels (application, task, and document labels). Additionally, we’ve improved the table variable by increasing the cell limit to 10,000 cells. Lastly, we’ve released various UI improvements and bug fixes.
We’ve improved the button element for the standard digital portal. You can now add a secondary button to navigate users to different pages without submitting data. Additionally, we’ve organized most portal elements into sub-sections to make it easier to navigate and find related elements (such as text, integrations, etc.). We’ve also released minor UI improvements and bug fixes.
We have added a new role-based permission to Workflow Statuses called View Applications in This Status, which allows you to control which permission groups can open and view application details in specific statuses. Additionally, we’ve updated the Application Form section to make it clearer for users and to simplify the overall flow for manual applications. We’ve also added the ability to link existing borrowers to applications through the intermediary portal. Lastly, we’ve introduced support for adding metadata via certain APIs.
