We’ve improved the button element for the standard digital portal. You can now add a secondary button to navigate users to different pages without submitting data. Additionally, we’ve organized most portal elements into sub-sections to make it easier to navigate and find related elements (such as text, integrations, etc.). We have added a new role-based permission to Workflow Statuses called View Applications in This Status, which allows you to control which permission groups can open and view application details in specific statuses. Additionally, we’ve updated the Application Form section to make it clearer for users and to simplify the overall flow for manual applications. We’ve also added the ability to link existing borrowers to applications through the intermediary portal. Lastly, we’ve introduced support for adding metadata via certain APIs.

We have added a new Decision Strategy module - Amortization Table, which can be used to generate an amortization schedule of expected loan payments. We’ve updated the loan product configuration, moving the Borrower Type settings and Access Permissions into separate sections within the loan product. Additionally, we’ve improved the process of creating variables by adding a new field, "Variable Purpose," which allows you to specify the purpose of the variable.

We have added a new built-in integration to the Marketplace: Dealertrack. This integration allows you to receive loan applications, send decisions back to Dealertrack, exchange comments, and more. We have added Plaid Consumer Reports (CRA) to the platform as part of the Plaid Link widget, along with integration templates in the Marketplace for retrieving and storing data within the platform. Additionally, we have improved the existing Custom HTML portal element, which now supports inserting variables and system fields. We also have added the ability to hide application sections. For example, if you are not using Notes in your process, you can remove it from the application view. Another new feature is unique intermediary links. When a borrower creates an account using an intermediary's link, the intermediary will be automatically added to the application.
