We have introduced the ability to customize the landing page of the Standard Borrower Portal, allowing you to tailor it to your specific needs. This update includes new portal elements exclusive to the landing page, such as "Text + Button" and "Button." Additionally, you can add "Text Columns" to emphasize key details about your business or process. Lastly, we have introduced the ability to retrieve files from integrations, such as reports in PDF format, streamlining the credit report review process and making it more user-friendly for non-technical users.

Customizable Landing Page

If you’re using the Standard Borrower Portal provided by DigiFi, you now have the ability to customize its landing page. Previously identical for all users, the landing page can now be tailored to your business needs by incorporating portal page elements such as Header Text, Images, Page Dividers, and more. Create a personalized experience that reflects your unique brand!

New Portal Page Elements

In addition to the customizable landing page, we’ve introduced new portal page elements to enhance your borrower portal:

  • Text + Button (Landing Page only): Add a call-to-action with text alongside a button, complete with an optional gradient to visually attract users.
  • Button (Landing Page only, Portal Pages have a different Button): Use buttons to guide borrowers to key pages like Sign In, Apply Now, and more.
  • Text Columns (Landing Page and Portal Pages): Showcase key features of your business or loan process by adding structured text columns to your page.

File Retrieval in Integrations

Users can now retrieve files (beyond just JSON and XML formats) from integrations and store them directly within the application for further review. This update improves the efficiency of the loan process for non-technical users and facilitates the collection of files for additional processes. For example, if your vendor provides credit reports in a more user-friendly format, such as a PDF, you can configure a Data Integration to retrieve these reports.
