We’ve incorporated customer feedback to improve the default user flow on Standard Borrower Portals, and now allow applicants to begin applications before creating their account. Additionally, we’ve added a new portal element, "E-Signature," and introduced a new integration in the Integration Marketplace: "Google Analytics."

Updated Borrower Portal Flow

Previously, Standard Borrower Portal applicants were required to create an account before applying for a loan. Now they can start the application process by answering basic, interview-style questions and create their account later to track their application and progress.


New Portal Element - E-Signature

If you use both DocuSign and the Standard Borrower Portal, you can now add an "E-Signature" element to your portal pages. This allows borrowers to e-sign and complete documents directly on the portal, rather than through email.


Built-in Integration With Google Analytics

If you are using the Standard Borrower Portal as your production portal, the Google Analytics integration allows you to track and analyze user interactions and activity. The integration is simple to set up. You just need to provide the Measurement ID, which you can obtain by creating a Google Analytics account.
