We have added a new action, "Send Invitation to Borrower Portal," in the Automation Builder, allowing borrowers to be automatically invited to the portal to track their application progress. Additionally, we have improved the existing "Offer Selection" portal element, which now includes a configuration for offer titles.

Automated Invitation to Borrower Portal

Previously, borrower portal invitations could only be sent manually. Now, users can set up a flow where invitations are automatically sent at a specific step in the loan process. The email will be sent to the borrower associated with the application that triggered the automation.

This automation requires no configuration and includes optional toggles for conditionality and limiting it to certain workflow statuses.

Offer Selection Improvement

Previously, offers were displayed with default names such as "Offer 1" and "Offer 2." With this improvement, users can now select a column from the table to determine the offer titles shown on the portal.

For example, if you have an offers table with a column named "Offer Name" containing values like "12-Month Loan" and "24-Month Loan," those names will now be displayed instead of the default titles.
