July 27, 2023

With this release, we added the capability to easily identify uploaded documents and files tagged as "potentially malicious." This tagging occurs when the antivirus scan detects any security issues with the files. Additionally, we've included the option to disable standard email notifications when a task is assigned to the Borrower/Co-Borrower/Intermediary. Also our automation builder now supports using variables in the "Value to Assign" field.

We also made minor bug fixes and improvements.

Release Details

In the latest release, we've introduced several valuable additions, addressed some bugs, and made UI improvements to enhance your experience.

Task Email Notification Customization

Gain more control over task email notifications. You can now choose to disable the standard email notification containing the upload document link when a task is assigned to the Borrower or Intermediary.

Variables in "Assign Value" Action

Our automation builder now supports using variables in the "Value to Assign" field. Beyond static values, you can leverage variables for increased flexibility.

New UI Indicator for Potentially Malicious Files

We've introduced a new UI indicator for potentially malicious files. While all application documents undergo antivirus scanning, this additional feature offers clear visibility on files that may pose security risks. Access to tagged documents is restricted, ensuring safety and protection.
