We’ve released major improvements to document management in the DigiFi platform, including a new tiles view with previews, expanded filtering options, enhanced automation capabilities, and improved label presentation. In addition, we’ve introduced new IDology integration templates in Marketplace to support automated identity verification.
Release Details
New Tiles View with Previews & Filtering
The new document tiles view in Application Documents makes it easier to visually navigate and manage large sets of files:
- Visual previews for PDFs and images directly in the document list.
- Quickly confirm you’ve selected the correct file before opening it.
Documents can now be filtered by label, file type, created date, or updated date for faster navigation and identification.
Improved Label Presentation
Labels are now easier to read and manage across the platform:
- Labels are displayed in line with application, task, and document names.
- When multiple labels are applied, overflow is shown with a +N indicator.
- All hidden labels can be revealed with a single hover.
New Automation Action
We’ve added a new action “Assign Document Label” in the Automation Builder that enables automations to manage labels on documents:
- Assign a specific label to the document, adds the selected label(s) to the document without changing any existing labels.
- Unassign a specific label from the document, removes only the selected label(s), leaving others unchanged.
- Unassign all and assign new labels to the document, removes all existing labels and replaces them with the selected label(s).
- Unassign all labels from the document, removes all labels from the document.
New IDology Integration Templates
