We’ve added the ability to link application documents to tasks and introduced support for a new document file format, HEIC. Additionally, we’ve added ComplyAdvantage and Finastra LaserPro integrations to the Marketplace to further enhance application management, compliance, and document handling.

Link Documents to Tasks

The document functionality has been expanded to allow linking existing documents to tasks. This means users no longer need to download and re-upload documents if they are already available in the application.

The update includes:

  • The ability to link documents directly to task(s).
  • Confirmation messages and pop-ups when linking or unlinking a document for added clarity.
  • Support for both the UI and API.

New Document Format Supported: HEIC

We’re continuing to expand the formats supported in our documents suite. The most recent update adds support for HEIC files, which can now be uploaded manually, through APIs, and on the portal.

Please note that the maximum file size remains 25 MB.

New Integrations In Marketplace

ComplyAdvantage

ComplyAdvantage is a global provider of AML screening, transaction monitoring, and risk management solutions, with integrations that help businesses detect and manage financial crime risks, verify individuals and entities, and maintain regulatory compliance.

We’ve added Fraud Detection as a new category in Marketplace filters, along with two new integrations:

  • ComplyAdvantage – Create & Screen a Customer (Person)
  • ComplyAdvantage – Create & Screen a Customer (Company)

Finastra LaserPro

Finastra LaserPro is a leading provider of mortgage document generation and compliance solutions, with integrations that help lenders automate document preparation, ensure regulatory compliance, and streamline loan processing workflows.

We’ve added a suite of LaserPro integrations to the Marketplace, supporting commercial, consumer, and residential real estate loans.

Better Tracking of Application Changes

The Application UpdatedAt field will now refresh whenever non-data changes occur within the application (for example, when a task or note is created). This makes it easier to track the most recent updates.

The timestamp now updates when the following actions occur:

  • Tasks: creation, deletion, status changes, updates to assignees, labels, due dates, or instructions.
  • Comments & Notes: adding or deleting.
  • Emails: creation or deletion.
  • Documents: uploading, deleting, generating, or updating labels.
