We launched DigiFi Standard Borrower Portal that allows customers to instantly deploy a channel for online application submission and communications with the borrower.

Release Details

Borrower Portal Setup and Deployment

  • Customize the portal and emails' look and feel by applying your own branding including your logo, favicon and colors.
  • Decide whether to lock borrowers after the application submission or not.
  • Connect your SendGrid account for emails sending.
  • Add your custom legal documents to receive borrower's consent.
  • Connect the portal to your own hosting domain.
  • Launch your borrower portal. The portal instance is automatically created, security certificate is automatically signed, and your portal is automatically deployed.

Borrower Experience

  • Standard portal currently supports only one applicant - primary borrower.
  • Borrowers can create their account by themselves (if create account URL is available) or via accepting the invite sent from Loan Origination System.
  • After the borrower passes the registration step, the borrower profile is created in Loan Origination System, and borrower account is created using DigiFi built-in authentication service.
  • Application submission process consists of 4 steps:
  • Borrower Profile details
  • Application Details
  • Application Documents Upload (if configured)
  • Application Review & Submission

Note

Application Form fully replicates the Loan Product Application Form configuration including calculated variables, address variables, required fields and display conditions.

  • Application tasks can now be assigned to a borrower. To complete a task, borrower can upload a document and/or send additional info using comments feature.
  • Prior applications and their status are also shown in borrower's account.
