Release Details
HTML Email Templates
DigiFi now supports HTML Email Templates, allowing users to customize email content and layout using HTML while continuing to support existing Standard Templates.
Template Creation & Management
The Email Templates section in Lending Setup > Loan Product > Communication Templates has been updated to support both Standard and HTML templates.
Users can:
- Create Standard or HTML templates from the template creation menu.
- View and sort templates by type.
- Create and edit HTML templates by specifying a required name, subject, and HTML body, including dynamic variables.
- Duplicate existing HTML templates.
- Configure file attachments using the existing attachment settings.
Existing email templates remain available as Standard Templates.
Sending Emails with HTML Templates
HTML templates are available alongside Standard Templates in:
- Lending System > Application > Communications > Send Email
- Automation Builder > Send Email
When an HTML template is selected in the application’s Send Email interface, its body is provided by the template and cannot be edited directly in the email composer. Users can select View HTML Source to inspect the template's HTML in a read-only view.
Emails sent using HTML templates support dynamic variable substitution and include attachments according to the template configuration.

Decision Strategy: Amortization Table Module Updates
The Amortization Table module in Decision Strategies has been updated to support additional payment schedules. The module generates an amortization schedule of expected loan payments based on the configured loan terms and calculation settings. The resulting schedule can be assigned to a table variable for use in the lending workflow.
New Payment Period options include:
- Weekly – 52 periods per year
- Bi-Weekly – 26 periods per year
- Semi-Monthly – 24 periods per year
When Semi-Monthly is selected, users can configure the first and second payment days. The first payment day defaults to the 15th, while the second defaults to the last day of the month. Supported payment days can be configured according to the available options.

Jack Henry SilverLake Integrations
The Marketplace now includes four new Jack Henry SilverLake data integrations, expanding DigiFi's connectivity with Jack Henry's core banking platform.
These integrations allow lenders to retrieve existing customer records and create customer, loan account, and collateral records in SilverLake as part of their lending workflows.
The new integrations include:
- Search Customer – Search SilverLake for an existing customer record.
- Create Customer – Create a new customer record in SilverLake.
- Create Account – Create a loan account in SilverLake.
- Create Collateral – Create a collateral record in SilverLake.
These integrations enable lenders to connect DigiFi application processing with SilverLake record management, helping coordinate customer setup and loan account creation within their existing core banking environment.
