This release introduces improvements to document collection workflows, along with performance improvements to the DigiFi AI Agent, internal enhancements and minor fixes to improve overall platform stability.

Document Upload Request – Multiple Recipients

You can now send a single document upload request to multiple recipients at once, making document collection faster and more flexible, in line with the updated Communication Suite.

Manual Document Upload Request

Manual document requests now support selecting from multiple sender email addresses (if available) and sending to multiple recipients in a single request.

Key highlights:

• The From (Sender) lets you choose the sender email (if multiple options are available).
• Supported recipients in the To (Recipient) field include:
  • Existing participants (Borrower, Co-Borrower, Intermediary).
  • Additional custom email addresses.
• Each recipient receives an email with an upload link.
• All uploaded files are saved under Application > Documents.

Automation Builder: Request Document Upload Action

The “Request Document Upload” action in Automation Builder has been enhanced to support selecting from multiple sender email addresses (if available) and sending requests to multiple recipients.

Key highlights:

• The From (Sender) lets you choose the sender email (if multiple options are available).
• The To (Recipient) dropdown field displays:
  • Borrower, Co-Borrower, and Intermediary variables first.
  • Other variables with an email data type.
• Ability to manually enter email addresses.
• Support for adding multiple recipients in a single action.
• Each recipient receives an email and can upload documents.
• Uploaded files from any recipient are saved under Application > Documents.

AI Agent Performance Improvements

We are continuing to improve the DigiFi AI Agent, an assistant that helps you work on and complete your application tasks.

The first update includes refinements to DigiFi’s AI Agent infrastructure and model selection, enhancing task analysis and completion performance. The new AI model delivers higher accuracy and faster processing speeds.

If you’re already using the AI Agent, these improvements will be applied automatically, no action is required.
