This release introduces the ability to change the primary borrower on an application and a new Edit Row experience for table variables, improving data management and usability across the platform. It also includes AI Agent enhancements, email improvements, and overall stability updates.

Change Primary Borrower

This release introduces the ability to change the primary borrower on an application, allowing a co-borrower to take over the primary borrower role without creating a new application.

You can now:

  • Promote any co-borrower to Primary Borrower directly from the three-dot menu in Application > Edit Applicants > Co-Borrower.
  • Update borrower and co-borrower roles while preserving the application progress and data.

What happens when the primary borrower changes:

  • Borrower and co-borrower variable values are automatically swapped.
  • Borrower references are updated across the platform, including applications, communications, document workflows, and automations.
  • Existing tasks with external assignees remain unchanged, however they are marked with an orange warning indicator for review to make sure the users know that there was a change in the applicants.
  • The new Primary Borrower will have access to the application in the Standard Lending Portal, while the former borrower will no longer have access.*

*Note: If the promoted Primary Borrower does not yet have a portal account, access will be available only after the lender sends a portal invitation and the borrower creates their account.

Table Variables: Edit Row Form

Working with data-heavy table variables is now faster and more convenient with a dedicated Edit Row panel.

You can now:

  • Edit an entire table row in a side panel
  • Access Edit Row from the row actions menu or pencil icon
  • View all row fields in a single form with the same validation and configuration as the table
  • Apply changes without navigating across multiple table columns

The Edit Row experience is available across:

  • Application data
  • Task data
  • Borrower and Intermediary Profiles
  • Application Forms
  • Standard Lending Portals

Additional Improvements

AI Agent

The AI Agent now supports HEIC image analysis, allowing data to be extracted directly from iPhone photos.

Email Improvements

The maximum email body length has been increased from 5,000 to 10,000 characters for Email Templates and manual Send Email actions.
