Rich Text Editing & Markdown Support

A new rich text editor has been implemented, significantly improving how you create and format text across the platform. It replaces plain text inputs in task instructions, notes, document upload requests, and automatic emails.

The editor now supports:

  • Heading levels H1–H4
  • Bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough formatting
  • Ordered and bulleted lists
  • Hyperlink insertion, editing, and removal
  • Undo/redo actions
  • Background highlighting for emphasis
  • Tooltips on all toolbar icons for quick reference
  • Keyboard shortcuts for all common formatting actions (text styling, lists, headings, etc.)
  • Markdown input support — type markdown directly (#, **, *, 1., -, etc.) and it will auto-convert to formatted text
  • Support for pasting plain or rich text without losing formatting

Portal Text Elements Updates

The portal page configuration has been updated with new text elements and an improved rich text editor. These updates include:

The borrower portal, intermediary portal, and landing page configurations have all been updated to include these new text elements.
