This release introduces AppOne integration and a new unified Aggregators experience for managing indirect-lending integrations in DigiFi. Lenders can now receive and process AppOne applications and exchange decisions, funding updates, and comments directly through DigiFi.
The release also expands automation capabilities, introduces more flexible notifications, and enhances the existing Dealertrack experience with improved integration visibility and configuration options.
Release Details
AppOne Integration
DigiFi now supports AppOne, expanding access to a dealer network for RV, marine, powersports, and independent auto lending.
Dealerships can submit applications through AppOne, which are then automatically sent to DigiFi for processing and subsequent decision and funding updates.
AppOne Marketplace Setup
A new AppOne integration is available in Marketplace, with configuration options for:
- Lender Code
- Loan Product
- Staging and Production API credentials
- DigiFi API key
- Test and Production endpoints
The integration can be connected, configured, and disconnected directly from Marketplace, with separate settings for test and production environments.
Application Intake & Field Mapping
DigiFi receives application data submitted through AppOne and automatically creates the corresponding application. Incoming application data is mapped according to the configured AppOne field mapping, with dedicated sections for:
- Application and Applicant Data
- Dealer Data
- Deal Structure
- Vehicle
- Decision
- Credit Contract
The mapping setup supports structured address and table fields, system fields, phone and fax fields, and creating new DigiFi variables directly from the mapping interface.
Applicant information is matched against existing DigiFi Borrower Profiles using the applicant’s identifying information, while intermediaries are matched using their AppOne Dealer ID. If no matching profile is found, a new profile is created.
AppOne Decisions & Funding Updates
The AppOne integration supports sending Decision and Funding Update responses based on the configured field mapping. Responses can be sent manually from the application or automatically through Automation Builder.
Manual sending can be initiated by clicking Send Response in the Aggregators view and selecting:
- Send Decision
- Send Funding Update
Once sent, each request is recorded in the Aggregators view, where users can select View Details to review:
- Application and request status
- Source and errors
- Integration request and response files
- The variables and values included in the request
AppOne Comments
The AppOne integration supports two-way comment exchange between DigiFi and AppOne.
Users can:
- View comments received from AppOne directly in the application
- See the sender and timestamp for each comment
- Send comments from DigiFi to AppOne
Unified Aggregators Experience
A new Aggregators section is available in the application view, providing a centralized place for indirect-lending integrations such as AppOne and Dealertrack.
When at least one aggregator is connected in the Marketplace, the Aggregators section becomes available for activation under Lending Setup > Loan Product > Lender Application Views. Once activated, the section becomes available in the Lending System and displays the appropriate integration-specific view based on the source of the application.
Like other application sections, it can be activated, reordered using drag and drop, or removed, with user access managed through permissions.
Automation Builder Updates
Aggregator actions are now available through Automation Builder.
Send Decision to Aggregator replaces the Dealertrack-specific decision action and automatically sends the decision to the aggregator associated with the application.
A new Send Funding Update to Aggregator action is also available for supported aggregators, currently including AppOne.
These actions use the corresponding aggregator's configuration and field mapping to build and send requests to the appropriate endpoint.
Aggregator Notifications
A new Aggregators section has been added to My Account > Notification Emails.
Users can independently control notifications for:
- Application creation failed
- Comment received
Notifications now follow a unified format across aggregators, with the aggregator name dynamically included in the email.
Dealertrack Updates
Dealertrack is now available within the new Aggregators section.
Dealertrack applications continue to provide access to decisions, decision details, and comments, while existing data and functionality remain available in the new structure.
Integration Files
Dealertrack decision details now provide access to the integration request and response files, allowing users to view and download the files exchanged with Dealertrack. This makes it easier to review the data exchanged and validate field mappings.
Sent Data
Dealertrack decision details now display the DigiFi variable display names and their values for the data sent to Dealertrack, instead of the underlying Dealertrack field names. This makes it easier to understand which DigiFi data was sent and how it was mapped to Dealertrack.
Marketplace Configuration
The Dealertrack integration card now provides dedicated Test and Production endpoints for Applications and Comments, allowing users to copy and share them directly with Dealertrack instead of requesting them.
