This release introduces multiple triggers in Automation Builder, expands Plaid Identity Verification capabilities across the Lending Portal and Marketplace, and includes usability improvements designed to simplify everyday loan origination and account opening workflows.

Multiple Triggers in Automation Builder

Automation Builder now supports multiple triggers within a single workflow, allowing automations to start from different events using OR logic.

This enhancement reduces configuration time, simplifies management, and enables more advanced automation scenarios.

You can now:

  • Configure up to 10 triggers within a single automation
  • Trigger an automation when any configured trigger is executed (OR logic)
  • Configure each trigger independently

Existing single-trigger automations continue to work without any changes.

Manual Custom Decline Reasons

Applications can now be declined using a custom reason in addition to the configured decline reason list.

You can now:

  • Select Other when moving an application to rejection status.
  • Enter a custom decline reason.
  • View the custom reason directly in the application header as Other (Custom Reason).
  • This provides greater flexibility when documenting decline decisions that do not fit predefined categories.

Marketplace Updates

Plaid Identity Verification

Plaid Identity Verification helps lenders verify applicant identities and reduce fraud during the application process.

DigiFi now supports Plaid Identity Verification across both the Lending Portal and Marketplace.

A new Plaid Link Identity Verification widget can be added to Lending Portal pages, allowing borrowers to complete identity verification directly within the application flow.

Additionally, the new Plaid Identity Verification (Retrieve Results) integration template retrieves the status and verification results from completed sessions, making it easy to incorporate identity verification into automated workflows and decision strategies.

PandaDoc & Docusign Improvements

Signed documents generated through PandaDoc and Docusign now use an improved naming format that includes the document template name.

For example:
Signed - Loan Agreement - {Envelope ID}.pdf

This makes it easier to identify and distinguish signed documents when multiple agreements are stored on an application.

Dealertrack Integration Enhancements

The Dealertrack field mapping has been expanded with additional analyst information.

New optional mapping fields include:

  • Analyst Name
  • Analyst Phone
  • Analyst Fax
  • Analyst Email

These values are now included when sending decision requests to Dealertrack, providing additional lender contact information as part of the integration.
