Send Add Phone Number SMS Code

The Send Code To Add Phone Number API verifies the passwordValidationToken (from the Create Password Validation Token API) and sends a verification code to the intermediary's mobile phone via SMS (to the new phone number).

This API is typically used when a user wants to add a new phone number and the new number needs to be verified.

This API can only be used once every 60 seconds.
