Send Update Email Verification Code

The Send Update Email Verification Code verifies the passwordValidationToken (from the Create Password Validation Token API) and sends a verification code to the borrower's new email address.

This API is typically used when a user wants to change their email address and the new email needs to be verified.

This API can only be used once every 60 seconds.
