The DigiFi platform is built for productive collaboration and your team members can be assigned to applications so that they understand their responsibilities. Team members can easily find the applications that they're assigned to from the board view, by clicking their avatar in the top section.
Further, when a team member is assigned to an application they're automatically assigned to all of the tasks related to it.
You can automatically assign team members to new applications when they're created. See Team Member Assignment for details
To change the team members that are assigned to an application:
- Open up the application.
- Click the "Edit Application Form" button.
- Click the "Add Team Members" or "Edit Team Members" button (varies based on current assignments).
- Update the list of team members.
- Click the "Save Changes" button.
