Where: Lending Setup → Loan Product → Workflow Statuses
Where can I find and edit decline or rejection reasons?
Decline reasons are configured within the workflow status settings.
Where: Lending Setup → Loan Product → Workflow Statuses → Final Statuses → Rejected
Open the Rejected status (or your renamed equivalent) to add, remove, or edit decline reasons.
What is the limit for status rules?
You can create up to 50 status rules within a workflow configuration.
What happens to decline reasons if a rejected application is moved to another status?
Decline reasons are associated with the Rejected status.
If an application is moved out of the Rejected status, the decline reasons will no longer be displayed.
Can applications be moved back from Approved or Rejected statuses?
Yes. The application board workflow is non-linear, which means applications can be moved back to previous statuses if needed.
However, movement may still be restricted by configured status rules.
Can I hide certain workflow statuses from specific teams?
Yes. Workflow-level permissions allow you to control which permission groups can view or interact with specific workflow statuses.
