Can I edit an email after selecting a template?

Yes. Any changes only apply to the email being sent. The original template remains unchanged.

Can I edit a communication template after it has been assigned to automations?

Yes. Updating a Communication Template automatically updates all automations and application-level actions using it.

No reconfiguration is required. All future communications will use the latest version of the template.

I had a phone call with a borrower. Can I record it in DigiFi?

Yes. You can manually record phone calls and other communications directly on the application so they are stored in in the application's communications ection

Can I track emails sent outside of DigiFi on an application?

Yes. Emails sent from your own email client can be tracked and linked to a specific application using a DigiFi BCC email address.

When the DigiFi BCC address is included in the email, a copy of the message is automatically recorded in the application's Communications section.

To ensure the email is linked to the correct application, the BCC address must be generated using the Organization ID, Application ID, and Mode.

Here's the structure for BCC email addresses:

  • For Test mode: o-development-{organizationId}-{applicationId}@{domain}
  • For Prod mode: o-{organizationId}-{applicationId}@{domain}
