General Integrations Questions

Where can I see the results of an integration run?

Integration outputs and returned data can be reviewed in the application data or integrations section.

Depending on your configuration, results can also be retrieved through APIs.

Can I control which users can access integration files?

Yes. Access to integration files can be controlled using permission groups.

Where: Lending Setup → Loan Product → Data Integrations → Integration → Other → Permissions

You can configure which permission groups are allowed to view or download files generated or received by the integration.

What happens if a data integration fails?

If an integration fails, the system records the error in the integration record.

Typically, the integration response file will contain an error message or explanation describing the issue, which can be used to troubleshoot the problem.

How do retries work in Data Integration strategies?

When a strategy runs, integrations execute in sequence with automatic retries if a step fails.

Flow example:

Strategy starts → Integration runs → Fails → Retry → Fails → Retry → Succeeds → Next module executes
