FAQ: Team & Permissions
What permission groups exist in DigiFi?
Default permission groups are User, Admin, and Owner.
Can I create custom permission groups?
Yes. You can create additional permission groups and configure their access to different sections of the platform.
Where: General Settings → Permission Groups
How do I control which parts of the platform users can access?
Access to different parts of the platform is controlled through permission groups.
Each group can be granted or restricted access to specific sections of the system.
Where: General Settings → Permission Groups
How do I give a permission group access to a loan product?
Once a permission group is created, it can be assigned access to a loan product.
Users in that group will then be able to work with applications for that product in the Lending System.
Where: Lending Setup → Loan Product → Other → Access Permissions
How can I control who can view, edit, or move applications?
You can manage these permissions at the workflow status level.
This allows you to define which permission groups can view applications, edit them, or move them between workflow statuses.
Where: Lending Setup → Loan Product → Workflow Statuses
Can I restrict who can see or edit specific variables?
Yes. Variable-level permissions can be configured when creating a variable or updated later.
Where: Lending Setup → Variables
Why can't I invite a new user?
Only users with Owner permissions can send invitations.
Where: General Settings → Team → Add User
Enter the user’s details and send the invitation.
Note: Invitations cannot be sent if your company has reached its seat limit.
I accidentally deleted a user – how do I add them back?
Deleted users are deactivated, not permanently removed.
Where: General Settings → Team → Show Inactive → Open User → Activate Account
