How long does a deployment typically take?

Deployments usually take a few minutes, depending on the number and complexity of the changes being applied.

Why is the Lending Setup section grey during deployment?

The Lending Setup section is automatically locked during deployment and appears greyed out.

This happens because configuration changes cannot be made while a deployment is in progress. Locking the section ensures system stability and prevents configuration conflicts while updates are being applied.

What happens if a deployment fails?

If a deployment fails, the platform will prompt you to retry the deployment.

No configuration changes are applied if the deployment does not complete successfully.

What should I do if a deployment appears to be stuck?

If the deployment progress appears stuck and there has been no activity for an extended period, please contact the Support Team using the Intercom widget located in the bottom-right corner of the platform.
